As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling various insurance policies to clients. Please only apply if you are able to make the commute to our agency office in Tonawanda, NY.Duties:Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutionsSell insurance policies such as auto, home, life, and health insuranceConduct thorough risk assessments and recommend suitable coverage optionsAssist clients with claims processing and provide support throughout the claims settlement processStay up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfactionCollaborate with underwriters, adjusters, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive insurance servicesUtilize various sales techniques, including telemarketing and outside sales, to generate leads and acquire new clientsNegotiate policy terms and conditions to meet the needs of clientsProvide accurate and detailed information about insurance policies, coverage limits, deductibles, and premiumsComplete sales administration tasks such as preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining client recordsBenefits:Base Salary $48,000 - $60,000 depending on licensing and experienceBonus and CommissionsPaid Time Off (personal/sick days and vacation)Paid TrainingPaid LicensingOpportunity for partial remote work in the futureSkills:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenBilingual proficiency in Spanish/English is a plusStrong sales skills with a proven track record in retail sales or telemarketingKnowledge of benefits administration and HIPAA regulations is preferredAbility to negotiate effectively to meet client needsMultilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client populationsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a teamProficient in using computer systems and software applications for sales administrationRecommended:Licensed in P&C required and Life & Health (must have or be able to obtain)If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and helping others protect their assets, we would love to hear from you.
