Memory Sales Senior Manager Revenue Growth & Strategy

What You’ll Do Promote revenue maximization by developing and executing response plans for market changes and sales targets. Expand the win‑win business model through customer trait analysis and management. Location Daily onsite presence at our San Jose, CA office, in alignment with our Flexible Work policy. Reports To Vice President, B2B Sales Management Responsibilities Carry out all processes for achieving target revenue through goal setting, execution, and risk management. Improve customer satisfaction and identify new customers by holding meetings and events and actively responding to their needs. Manage and work with Samsung’s Manufacturers representative network, partnering to maximize revenue and develop future opportunities. Project short, mid, and long‑term demand through market, customer, and competitor analysis. Implement annual sales strategies including target setting and developing strategies to achieve those targets. Handle internal resource discussions and management. What You Bring Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in‑depth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates others’ tasks. May manage a group such as coordinating activities regarding costs, methods and staffing. Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a Ph.D. with 3 years.
