Python DeveloperImmediate need for a talented Python Developer with experience in the Banking and Finance Industry. This is a 06+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in McLean, VA.Key Responsibilities and Technology Experience:Expert programming skills in Python, flask (or other python based web/web services frameworks)Demonstrated experience with implementing production web services.Exhibit solid understanding and practical experience of latest web technologies.Practical experience with TDD, Continuous Integration and good exposure to technology stack for DevOps.Solid software engineering fundamentals and strong communication skills.Working with large datasets, data frames, and complex workflows.Significant experience with Python including PySpark, Pandas and NumPy.Experience with regression and machine learning techniques.Familiarity with the mortgage industry.Our client is a leading Banking and Finance Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
