Project Manager

Position Overview LS3P is seeking a Project Manager for our Asheville office. You will be responsible for managing design projects, coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to deliver high quality architectural solutions. Responsibilities Work side by side in a team environment with Clients, Consultants, Design Leaders, Architects, Interior Designers, Urban Planners and Emerging Professionals on active production projects Prepare strategic plans and serve as the primary contact with clients Responsible for contract negotiations, billing, accounts receivable, performing close‑out and archiving duties for Projects Manage budgets, schedules, and programs, including team assignments, estimating fees, determining scope of work, and proposal preparation Responsible for facilitating and sealing contract documents as the Architect in Responsible Charge, coordinating and obtaining sign‑off from quality assurance and studio/client leadership for all required tasks Develop design assignments throughout all project phases Coordinate architectural drawings across disciplines Support communication between project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants Play an integral part in overall client satisfaction, design quality and profitability of all projects undertaken that contribute to the firm's strategic priorities Your Strengths as a Project Manager Technical production skills are necessary and require a demonstrated ability to effectively produce design and construction documents Proficiency in Revit is preferred Understanding of relevant codes such as state building codes, ANSI 117.1, BOMA LEED accreditation or interest in achieving accreditation is preferred Collaborates closely with Project Architect to facilitate internal design team leadership Qualifications Registered Architect with Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a NAAB‑accredited university 8+ years of design experience is preferred Benefits Ongoing engagement with a fantastic design team Opportunities to develop new skills and contribute to world‑class projects Participate in meaningful collaboration and research efforts A competitive compensation and benefits package Professional development allowance toward educational opportunities Leadership development and mentoring across sectors, markets, offices and the firm Participation in community service and outreach supporting local and national organizations Flexibility and balance in your schedule LS3P recognizes the value of diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
