Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Experience with outpatient clinic workflows and documentation preferred.
• Client will accept PTAs, new graduates, and first-time travelers.
• Ability to work a guaranteed 36 hours per week with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Prior experience in outpatient settings and treating orthopedic patient populations.

• Shift Name: Days.
• Float to other clinics: No.
• Patient population: Outpatient orthopedics.
• 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
• OT hours must be approved by the director before worked.
