AI Specialist

Role Description

Leads the design, development, and launch of an AI innovation program by:

• Assessing organizational readiness and innovation culture
• Establishing operating models and success metrics
• Implementing innovation frameworks and best practices aligned with existing technology standards

Designs, develops, and deploys AI solutions that:

• Enhance business processes
• Improve decision-making
• Drive innovation

Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to:

• Identify high-value use cases
• Gather requirements
• Prepare data
• Select, train, validate, and deploy AI models and applications

Develops roadmaps that:

• Prioritize impactful innovation initiatives
• Foster knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration
• Ensure sustainable adoption across the organization

Continuously evaluates emerging AI technologies, research, and industry trends to:

• Ensure the organization remains at the forefront of AI innovation
• Deliver measurable business value

This role is innovation and cultural change management first, collaboration with the teams implementing AI second.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI innovation and implementation
• Strong understanding of organizational change management
• Proficiency in AI technologies and frameworks

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn
• Experience with Apache Spark, Databricks, Jupyter Notebooks
• Familiarity with AWS (SageMaker, EC2, S3) and Azure (Machine Learning Studio, Databricks)
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
