Overview Part Time Male Specimen Collector – Location: Cannon Falls, MN. Schedule: Part-Time | Monday-Friday 9am - 1:30pm. Seeking: Male candidates required for observed collections of gender identified male patients. Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, supporting clinical decision-making for patients with chronic pain, mental illness, and substance use disorders. Responsibilities Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens Process and package collections for shipping Serve as an intermediary between the practice/clinic and the laboratory Record patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory information Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in the ordering portal Order and maintain collection supplies inventory onsite Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens (when applicable) Driving from/to multiple facilities may be required Ideal Candidate / Qualifications 6+ months of experience as a specimen collector or 1+ year of experience in the medical field, directly supporting patients preferred 2+ years of customer service experience can be considered in place of medical experience Demonstrated ability to navigate a smartphone and computer Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Medical insurance/billing and/or familiarity with medications/diagnostic codes is a plus Ability to ensure HIPAA, HiTrust, confidentiality and compliance policy, procedures, and standards are always adhered to Ability to ensure administrative, physical and technical cybersecurity controls are always adhered to High School diploma or equivalent Physical requirements: sitting 60%, walking 20%, standing 20%, lifting up to 20 lbs Background checks & Compliance CLIA Certified and CAP Accredited laboratory Background checks conducted through a partner screening provider, including: national/federal/county criminal history, global watchlist, SSN trace, FACIS Level 3, SAM/OIG exclusions, education verification, driving record, and a 5-panel urine drug screen All employment offers contingent upon successful background check results Benefits 401k with company match Paid time off and holidays Behavioral and health care resources Salary Salary Range: $20-23/hr.
