Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

The Law Offices of Sharona Eslamboly Hakim is seeking an experienced *Litigation Attorney* with *at least two (2) years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience* to join our growing trial team.

This position is ideal for a motivated attorney who is passionate about representing injured clients and is ready to take an active role in litigation strategy, case development, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Attorneys with *5+ years of experience* are strongly encouraged to apply.

*Responsibilities*

* Independently manage a litigation caseload from filing through resolution or trial
* Take and defend party, witness, and expert depositions
* Draft and argue substantive motions, including Motions for Summary Judgment and Motions in Limine
* Develop litigation strategy with the firm's trial attorneys
* Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, settlement conferences, and trial
* Conduct discovery and evaluate liability and damages
* Work closely with medical, liability, economic, and vocational experts
* Prepare trial exhibits, witness lists, and other trial materials
* Mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and litigation staff, as appropriate

*Qualifications*

* Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
* Minimum *2 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience*
* Strong experience with depositions, written discovery, and motion practice
* Excellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
* Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
* Strong organizational and time-management skills

*Preferred Qualifications*

* *2/5+ years* of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
* Experience handling catastrophic injury, wrongful death, trucking, premises liability, and other high-exposure cases
* Trial preparation and courtroom experience
* Strong negotiation and settlement skills
* Commitment to providing exceptional client advocacy
