Majestic Care ABA is new to the area and looking to grow our team! We are looking for dynamic Registered Behavioral Technicians to join our team! CurrentlyworkingtowardsaBachelor’sdegreeinPsychology,SpecialEducationorrelatedfield preferred but not necessary. Experienceworkingdirectlywithchildrenwithinabehavioralformatpreferredbutnotnecessary. Completion of 40-hour RBT training course. Valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate encouraged. (We will train if any individual if not currently registered) Validdriver’slicenseandsafedrivingrecord. 18yearsofageorolder. Excellentinterpersonal,organizational,andcommunicationskills Basiccomputerskillsdesiredwithwillingnesstoadvanceskilllevel. Acceptassignmentoflocationorclientasrequired. Abilitytolift50pounds. Job Requirement Treatclientswithrespectanddignity Appropriatelyengageclientduringthesession Actasarolemodelforclientsandcaregivers Beconsistent,reliable,andprovideservicesonagreedscheduleddays.Incaseofcancellation,attempttomakethemesectionandnotifyBCBAofanydiscrepancies. Maintainprofessionalandeffectivecommunicationwithfamily/caregivers. AtminimumwillbesupervisedbyaBCBAweeklyorinaccordanceto theclient’streatmentplanandmustbereadytoprovidefeedbacktotheBCBAonprogress Willmeetwithsupervisorweeklyorinaccordancewiththeclient’streatmentplan todiscussprogress,programdevelopment,andanalysingofdataofchild. NotesshouldbetakendailyinRethinkduringthelast15minutesofthe session. Sessionnotesrequireparentsignaturesforin-hometherapysessions. Data collection and notes should be taken on devices given by Majestic Care ABA, and not personal devices. KeepaweeklyreinforcementchecklistandletBCBAknowifanythingadditonalisanneeded. Maintaincleanandorganizedtoysandmaterials. Notresponsibleforotherchildreninthehousehold Job Responsibilities ChartingandcollectingABAandskilldataontheimprovementorlackthereofintheabilitiesofthechild. ImplementABAteachingtechniquesduringsession,suchas,differentialreinforcement,shaping,chaining,taskanalysis,andprompting,fading,andproactivestrategies.
