Billing Specialist / Accounting Administrative Assistant (Contract-to-Hire)
Near Warrensville Heights, Ohio Pay: Up to $19/hour Schedule: Full-Time About the Role LHH is partnering with a growing company near Warrensville Heights, Ohio to hire a Billing Specialist / Accounting Administrative Assistant on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with billing, accounting, and administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities- Process customer billing and invoicing accurately and timely
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain financial records and customer account information
- Communicate with customers regarding invoices and payment inquiries
- Support general administrative and accounting operations
- Prepare reports and assist with month-end activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Previous billing, accounting, or administrative experience required
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
