Bobby Branch Part Time Office Administrative Assistant (Immediate Start)

Part time: $15 per hour Health insurance Monday, Wednesday, Friday work week (off Thursday and Tuesday) 9am 5pm

Duties include: Answering and routing phone calls Managing customer renewals Assisting customers with billing and payment questions Scanning and attaching paperwork Opening office and office general upkeep Payroll assistance Phone interviewing candidates for sales and service positions Mail handling Scheduling appointments Telemarketing current and former clients Upselling current customers Note taking and task creation Money handling Creating weekly customer service/activity reports for managers

Qualifications Reliable transportation Strong computer skills Experience in customer service and problem solving Must be willing to work independently and within a team environment Must be a self-starter Positive and optimistic perspective a must Insurance Licensing Property and Casualty License Required Agent will pay for materials The Bobby Branch Agency is an equal opportunity employer.
