Job Summary 13wks, Variable shift, 06/22 start date. RN - Hospice. Talented Medical Solutions. Contract. In-Office | Marysville, CA, United States. Responsibilities Provide compassionate hospice nursing care to patients in home or facility settings. Assess patient conditions, plan care, and adjust treatments per physician orders. Monitor and document patient status, vitals, and symptom management in EHR. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery. Maintain compliance with hospice regulations and quality standards. Educate patients and families on disease progression, care plans, and safety. Meet productivity targets and contribute to pipeline-based coverage planning. Utilize data and metrics to identify care gaps and drive improvements. Advise on symptom relief, comfort measures, and end-of-life preferences. Participate in continuous professional development and apply learnings to practice. Assist in discharge planning and transition support for patients and families. Maintain on-site presence with timely, reliable coverage and accessible responsiveness. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license with hospice or palliative care certification preferred. Experience delivering home-based or facility hospice nursing care. Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and medication management skills. Excellent communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Knowledge of hospice regulations, safety standards, and compliance protocols. Proficient in EHR documentation and quality metric tracking. Ability to meet productivity targets and manage a pipeline-based caseload. End-of-life care guidance, symptom relief, and comfort measures expertise.
