About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in defining and executing the financial strategy that will support the organization's growth and success. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for financial planning and analysis, accounting operations, and business performance management. This includes leading the transformation of the finance function into a strategic business partner, providing financial insights, and supporting decision-making. The successful candidate will also oversee human resources, contract administration, and commercial administration, and will be expected to have a strong background in financial leadership, with a deep understanding of business drivers and operational finance. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA strongly preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence across departments. Experience in a project-based organization and a CPA is preferred. The CFO will be expected to have a proven track record of partnering with executive teams, leading financial and administrative functions, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a calm, high-integrity leader, comfortable in a fast-growing environment, and adept at challenging assumptions with data.
