What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you will support children and individuals across the lifespan with medically complex, developmental, sensory, and behavioral needs-helping them build independence, confidence, and essential life skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

• Provide direct therapy services in clinic and school-based settings

• Maintain a 26-billable-hour weekly productivity target

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes

• Recommend adaptive equipment and educate families and school teams

• Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations and progress notes

• Collaborate closely with caregivers, educators, and an interdisciplinary team

• Supervise COTAs with a monthly supervision stipend provided per COTA

What You Bring

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Active Minnesota OT license (or eligible by start date)

• Passion for pediatric and lifespan populations

• Ability to collaborate across clinic and school environments
