Home Health LPN: Caring for Patients at Home

SHC WVUHS Home Care in West Virginia seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct and indirect nursing care in patients’ homes under RN supervision. You will collaborate with families and the health care team to implement and evaluate care plans and ensure patient safety and comfort during visits. Qualifications include current LPN license, CPR within 30 days of hire, and a valid driver’s license. Home care experience is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr WVU Medicine
