Scientific Director, Bioconjugation Development

Responsibilities
- Set long-term scientific vision for ADC, APC, AOC, and emerging bioconjugate platform strategies
- Lead teams executing strategic bioconjugation development initiatives across the portfolio
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with discovery, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory departments
- Develop and oversee enterprise-level risk management for bioconjugate products and manufacturing
- Guide strategic direction of development programs from candidate selection through commercialization
Requirements
- BS/BA in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or related discipline with 12+ years experience
- MS/MA in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or related discipline with 10+ years experience
- PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or related discipline with 8+ years experience
- Expert knowledge of site-specific conjugation, DAR control, and commercial bioconjugate development
- Extensive manufacturing, technology transfer, and commercialization experience with bioconjugates
- Comprehensive regulatory knowledge for bioconjugate therapeutics
- Advanced cross-functional leadership across discovery, CMC, quality, regulatory, and external partners
Compensation: $185,600-$253,000 base annually, plus 35% target bonus and equity participation
