Massachusetts Supervisor – Driving Location: 1 Devonshire Place Garage, Boston, MA 02109‑3510 (Boston, MA) Overview SP+ is an artificial intelligence company focused on checkout‑free parking experiences. We enable seamlessly automatic parking at over 4,000 locations across North America and Europe. Responsibilities Pay Rate is $20.00 per hour Basic Function – Assist in the day‑to‑day management of a location, ensuring parking operations follow contractual guidelines and company policies. Foster client relations and maintain a professional image. Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction. Assist in the management of day‑to‑day activities of the assigned locations. Assist with management duties as assigned. Courteously assist customers. Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager. Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager. Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills and related items. Substitute for any position, if necessary. Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage and the major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the surrounding area. Complete other duties as needed. Qualifications Education/Experience – Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent and at least one month of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Oral Communication – Speaks clearly, listens attentively and responds well to questions. Written Communication – Writes clearly and informatively; reads and interprets written information. Customer Service – Maintains a positive attitude and responds to requests for service and assistance. Adaptability – Adapts to changes in the work environment and handles delays or unexpected events. Judgment – Exhibits sound and accurate judgment. License Requirement – Must possess a valid state‑issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record. Physical Demands – Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, and talk. Occasionally required to climb or balance; must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Vision requirements include close, peripheral, and focus adjustment abilities.
