LOCUM Thoracic Surgery Physician Assistant

Job Overview We are hiring a locum Thoracic Surgery Physician Assistant for a 6‑month assignment in Los Angeles, CA. The assignment involves providing full surgical support during robotic thoracic surgery cases. Key Dates Start: ASAP End: 26 weeks Responsibilities First assisting in 100% of cases. No pre‑operative or post‑operative duties. Providing intra‑operative assistance to the surgeon during all robotic procedures. Procedures Thoracic: thoracotomies, lung lobectomies Gynecology: hysterectomies Urology: prostatectomies, nephrectomies Schedule Monday – Friday, start times either 6:45 am or 9:00 am. Locals may apply for limited coverage or 2‑day/week shifts. Call Rotating call covering weekends and holidays. Licensure Will wait for CA license.
