Sourcing Manager - Electronics (PCBA & Circuits) About the Role We're looking for a Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing for electronics components and PCBA (printed circuit board assemblies) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain, engineering, and operations, owning supplier relationships and driving performance across cost, quality, and delivery. What You’ll Do Own sourcing strategy for PCBA, circuit boards, and electronic components Manage and develop global supplier relationships Lead negotiations, contracts, and cost reduction initiatives Support new product introductions (NPI) with reliable sourcing Handle supplier escalations and ensure continuity of supply Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and planning teams Monitor market trends across the electronics and semiconductor space What You Bring 5+ years of experience in sourcing or supplier management in manufacturing.
