Provide psychotherapy, counseling, and mental health support as clinically appropriate. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized patient care plans. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and the broader care team to ensure coordinated, whole‑person care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within 24 hours. Stay current on best practices in psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and evidence‑based mental health treatment.
