Overview Physical Therapist – Outpatient in Tillamook, Oregon. Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups. Assess patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress. Document progress and coordinate with the care team to optimize outcomes. Provide patient and family education on home exercise programs and safety.
