Remote to start and once environment changes, candidate will be located in the SF office. Autodesk's Customer Experience (CX) Analytics team is looking for an experienced Web Implementation Analyst with strong web implementation skill, a proven track record of data analytics and business intelligence to improve customer experience operations. You have a strong background in the generation, collection and analytics of online user behavior data, with a focus on maintaining a high level of data quality. Our ideal candidate is an owner, with a sense of vision and attention to detail to build and maintain web data and analytics. You will be working within the Digital Help Experience team as a compass for decision making by identify business opportunities, deliver unbiased and actionable insights and drive meaningful changes to self-service across channels and throughout customer lifecycle. Specifically, this role will be expected to establish and maintain an operational cadence, help write tagging plans and work with engineer team to vigorously QA the tagging implementation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the ideation, development and execution of measurement strategies and frameworks

• Deliver tagging plan to engineer team based on business requirements from the stakeholders

• Quality assurance of output developed by the engineering team and validation of web reporting enhancements/changes

• Identify tagging issues that may be causing data inaccuracy or data loss and work to remedy these issues in a timely manner

• Configure testing experience in Adobe Test & Target to support A/b and multi-variate tests

• Develop ad hoc and deep-dive analysis along with other Autodesk data to detect opportunities and insights that drive support and learning strategies

• Partner with content contributors, experience designers and product managers to develop, execute and analyze A/B and multi-variate test

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Tealium Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

• High level of comfort writing tagging schema (setting eVars, props, events, etc.) to answer key business questions about site features

• Proficient in interpreting Javascript, jquery, HTML, CSS etc.

• Experience working with optimization and personalization tools: Target, Optimizely, or similar required

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, behavioral economics or science, psychology, or equivalent

• 3 years as an individual contributor performing web data implementation

• Ability to handle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented, ensuring data accuracy and consistency

• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience

Preferred Qualifications

• Tealium or Google Tag Manager Certifications

• Experience in software support organization
