Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Kadima at Greenville is looking for compassionate, caring individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of our residents. This role provides direct nursing care under the supervision of medical staff and the facility’s nursing leadership. Job Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents’ attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the Medical Director. Monitor the performance of non‑licensed personnel. Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological needs of residents, in accordance with established medical practices and the policies and procedures of the facility, and current federal, state, and local standards. Perform other duties as needed. Education and Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program required. Licensure and registration by the Pennsylvania Board of Nursing Examiners as a Registered Nurse required. Prior experience in a skilled nursing care facility, an acute care setting, or other related field required. What you do makes a difference in the lives of others.
