Marketing Manager

Description Ashara is looking for a Head of Marketing to grow visibility for the Ashara name across its brands. This is a hands-on, on-the-ground role creating content, engaging the community, supporting PR, and making sure Ashara shows up consistently everywhere people encounter it. The role executes against Ashara's existing brand voice and guidelines while also helping shape marketing strategy going forward. The businesses require different marketing strategies, but they ultimately serve the same audience and reinforce the same Ashara brand. Ashara Health & Wellness focuses on the health and longevity of the individual, while Ashara Living brings those same principles into the home through wellness-focused design and construction that lead to a healthier home for the human body. Both serve a high-net-worth audience that values health, longevity, and how they live. As Ashara grows, the opportunity is to build one connected brand ecosystem while maintaining a distinct identity for each business. Responsibilities $46 Qualifications What We're Looking For Required
• 3-6 years in marketing with real hands-on execution; you've personally shipped campaigns, not only briefed a team that did.
• Strong organic social and content, and strong email/CRM. Both.
• Demonstrated strength in at least one of: paid media, PR, or events.
• A portfolio showing you can hold two distinct brand voices without blurring them.
• Strong writing - the single most important skill in this role.
• Comfort with premium positioning: restraint over volume.
• Organized enough to run parallel programs across multiple brands without dropping things. Preferred
• Background in residential construction, architecture, interior design, real estate development, or luxury home services.
• Background in healthcare, medical practice, med spa, or wellness marketing
