We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Behavioral Health to join our team in Elko, NV. This role involves providing comprehensive care to patients with mental health and behavioral issues, contributing to a supportive and therapeutic environment.
Relocation: Partial available for candidates with a strong interest in relocating to Elko, NV
Sign-On Bonus: Yes, with a minimum 3-year commitment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to patients and families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and coping strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Qualifications:
- NV RN license
- Associate degree in nursing or higher
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Behavioral/Mental Health experience
