Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

* Develop accurate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close new business

* Assist customers with policy changes and updates

* Process Evidence of Insurance requests in a timely manner

* Greet all customers promptly and professionally upon entering the office

* Accept and process premium payments

* Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support

* Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships

* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products

Requirements

Who You Are

* Property & Casualty (P\&C) Insurance license required

* Life and Health Insurance license required or willingness to obtain

* Strong desire to learn, with a coachable and resourceful mindset

* Positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic attitude

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Self‑motivated and confident, with the ability to work independently

* Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

* Career‑minded with a long‑term professional vision
