Overview A growing fashion brand is seeking a Freelance Denim Designer to join their team onsite. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong denim designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can jump in quickly to support the team with immediate design needs. What You’ll Do Partner with Creative + Design leadership to set the seasonal vision, trend direction, and product strategy for denim Present collection concepts through trend research, mood boards, wash direction, fabric recommendations, and key item stories Lead denim fabric + wash development with domestic/international mills and overseas vendors Own the design process from sketch through final fit, ensuring alignment across silhouette, construction, trims, and brand aesthetic Guide fittings, troubleshoot technical / production issues, and collaborate closely with PD, Merchandising, Tech Design, and Production Balance creative vision with costing, margin goals, development timelines, and sample budget accountability Mentor junior team members as needed and proactively identify workflow improvements What You Bring 8–10+ years designing women’s premium / contemporary denim Deep expertise in denim fabrications, washes, fit, trims, and construction Strong experience partnering directly with overseas vendors + denim mills Proven success leading product from concept through production Strong Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / CAD skills Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills Calm, solutions-oriented mindset with strong creative + commercial instincts If interested, please send your updated resume and portfolio for consideration. #J-18808-Ljbffr 24 Seven Talent
