Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Welder workers for a leading fabrication/manufacturing company in Saint Joseph, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce quality metal components and support a skilled, hands-on manufacturing environment. If you enjoy working with tools, reading blueprints, and building your technical skills, this could be an excellent long-term fit. Read below for more information!
What You’ll Do as a Welder:
Set up, operate, and tend welding equipment
Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings
Assemble, align, and clamp workpieces and fabricated metal components
Lay out, fit, or connect parts using accurate measurements
Identify and correct issues by adjusting machine controls or stopping machinery as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:
Interest in manufacturing and growing within the company
Some experience or familiarity with welding
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and up to 25 lbs frequently (with or without reasonable accommodation)
Willingness to assist in other areas of the production facility as needed
Reliable transportation to the Saint Joseph, MN area
