Our work supports independent retailers, chain accounts, convenience stores, and other retail customers by helping them keep their stores stocked, competitive, and ready to serve their customers./ppThe Marketing/Sales Coordinator will support the planning, evaluation, and execution of marketing and sales programs across divisions, providing recommendations and timely updates to support business performance. This position will focus on aligning unified sales goals while maintaining necessary division-level flexibility./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliExercise independent judgment on significant matters related to marketing and sales operations./liliCoordinate, evaluate, and report on the performance of marketing and sales programs across all divisions./liliAnalyze program effectiveness and recommend adjustments to support financial goals and business priorities./liliRecommend and negotiate program adjustments, as appropriate, to support sales and profitability objectives./liliCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Retail Services, and Merchandising teams to support program implementation./liliProvide feedback on program development, execution needs, and business requirements./liliMonitor program performance metrics and support execution plans with sales personnel leadership./liliOversee administrative coordination of support activities to help ensure accuracy, timeliness, and follow-through./liliImplement strategic actions in a timely manner to support financial goals./liliSupport planning and logistics for key program events, including scheduling, coordination, and related follow-up./liliSupport compliance, training, and communication needs related to assigned programs and initiatives./li/ulpCore Skills and Qualifications/pulliStrong analytical ability, sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Retail Services, and Merchandising./liliExperience in marketing coordination, sales coordination, sales operations, business analysis, program coordination, or a related role./liliStrong analytical skills with the ability to review performance data and identify opportunities for improvement./liliAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills./liliAbility to work with profitability, financial, sales, and marketing analytics./liliStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills./liliAbility to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and program details with strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through./liliSound judgment and ability to handle confidential business information appropriately./li/ulpBenefits/ppEligible full-time employees may participate in the companys standard benefit programs, subject to eligibility and plan terms.
