Strategic GTM Compensation Partner

OpenAI

OpenAI's Compensation team seeks a Compensation Business Partner to build the compensation pillar for our go-to-market organization. This hands-on IC role centers on benchmarking, offer review, program design, and job architecture for a rapidly growing commercial team. You will partner with GTM leaders, HR, Recruiting, and Finance to design scalable processes, balance market context with internal consistency, and push initiatives from strategy to execution, while thriving in ambiguity and #J-18808-Ljbffr OpenAI
