This role will focus on inspection and sampling activities for BLE and glucose-related kit products within the KitPack area.This is a hands-on position in a regulated, fast-paced setting, playing a key role in supporting a significant production ramp beginning in late June. Candidates should be comfortable following structured procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, and working both independently and as part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials and kit componentsExecute sampling activities for BLE and glucose-related productsFollow established procedures for inspection, testing, and documentationAccurately record inspection results and ensure full traceability of materialsIdentify and document nonconforming materials; escalate issues to Quality Engineering as neededSupport material control activities, including product holds and segregationEnsure compliance with quality standards and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready laboratory environmentSupport increased workload tied to upcoming production rampQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required (Associate degree or technical training preferred)1+ year of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or laboratory environmentExperience following work instructions and documenting results accuratelyStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects or inconsistenciesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesBasic computer skills for data entry and documentationQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.#Pro1 #J-18808-Ljbffr Sterling Engineering
