Job Description:

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for customer inquiries across multiple channels.
• Diagnose and resolve moderately complex technical issues related to software, hardware, and networked systems.
• Serve as an escalation point for basic technical issues that require advanced knowledge.
• Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolution steps accurately in support tracking systems.
• Guide and support lower-level team members in resolving routine technical problems.
• Identify patterns in technical issues and suggest improvements for product enhancement.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience required.
• Strong knowledge of technical troubleshooting methodologies and repair processes.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities for moderately complex issues.
• Superior communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and support ticketing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple support cases simultaneously.

Annual Pay Range:
39,500 - 39,936 USD
