What You'll Do

Collect, sort, and wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dish area
Assist with kitchen cleanliness and support the culinary team as needed
Properly stack and store cleaned items
Help keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy service periods
Learn basic pastry and kitchen techniques while working alongside experienced team members

Committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences
Able to work well under pressure in a high-energy restaurant environment
Available to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Previous back-of-house experience is helpful but not required
