You'll inspect affected areas, extract standing water, set up drying equipment, monitor moisture levels, remove damaged materials when necessary, and help prepare properties for restoration. You’ll also maintain accurate job documentation, communicate professionally with customers, safely operate restoration equipment, and work closely with teammates to complete projects efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service. What We're Looking For Experience in water mitigation is helpful but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in construction, demolition, plumbing, HVAC, remodeling, maintenance, restoration, or other physically active trades are encouraged to apply. Qualified applicants should have: Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools and equipment Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical work throughout the day Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional attitude and dependable attendance Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record IICRC certifications are a plus but are not required.
