Room Attendant

Description Hotel Millwright is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join the hospitality team. This role is vital in ensuring guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Key Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies Ensure all guest amenities and linens are stocked and properly maintained Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, storage areas, supply rooms and service carts Follow safety and sanitation policies to ensure a healthy environment for guests and staff Assist guests with inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and security Document completed tasks and communicate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficiency Assist with deep cleaning projects and special cleaning assignments as needed Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning services preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties and stand for extended periods Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Employee Benefits Overview 401(k) with Employer Match: Eligible employees (21 years and older) can participate in our 401(k) plan, starting after 90 days of employment.
