What You'll Do As The Accountant

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice processing, data entry, and account maintenance
• Assist with customer billing, collections efforts, and payment follow-up
• Process and maintain contracts and related documentation within internal systems
• Help manage monthly billing cycles and ensure accurate recordkeeping
• Provide backup support for incoming customer inquiries and calls
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting and administrative tasks

Preferred Qualifications For The Accountant

• 1-2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, administrative, or office support experience preferred
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas
• Experience with ERP systems; Acumatica experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Positive attitude with a willingness to ask questions, learn, and grow
