In this role, you'll work across the entire stack building, testing, and shipping features. You're eager to grow your technical skills, collaborate with others, and contribute to a fast-paced, mission-driven team.Your experience:2+ years of experience in full-stack software development with exposure to shipping real-world applicationsBackground in CS/EE, a coding bootcamp, or equivalent hands-on experience building production systemsComfortable with Frontend (TypeScript, JavaScript, React), Backend (Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs), and Infrastructure (relational databases, Git, AWS) technologiesWillingness to learn and adopt best-in-class tools like Linear, Cursor, and other fast-moving AI-powered developer toolsSolid communication skills and a collaborative mindset—willing to ask questions, give input, and support your teammatesDevOps experience is a bonus, especially if you're interested in understanding how code runs in productionExcited to work in-person or hybrid from our beautiful downtown Austin officeWhy SafeLease?
