Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall direction and operation of our nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and procedures

• Provide leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence, respect, and teamwork

• Conduct regular assessments of patient care and implement strategies to improve outcomes and enhance patient satisfaction

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication among healthcare professionals

• Develop and manage the nursing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing revenue

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects to enhance patient care and outcomes
