Earthwork Foreman

CoolSys seeks a Foreman HVAC to lead field crews on commercial and industrial HVAC-R projects within our Engineering & Maintenance team. You'll coordinate daily work, assign tasks, and ensure safe, high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems. Partnering closely with project managers and customers, you'll verify code compliance, maintain documentation, and support start-up, testing, and commissioning. You'll mentor technicians, promote our safety-first culture, and help deliver efficient, reliable, and energy-conscious solutions across diverse facilities. Responsibilities Lead and supervise HVAC field crews on installation, maintenance, and repair projects. Plan daily work, assign tasks, and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements. Interpret blueprints, specs, and scopes; verify code and standards compliance. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and customers on work progress and issues. Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and commissioning of HVAC-R systems. Ensure proper documentation of work orders, materials, and testing results. Train and mentor technicians, promoting best practices and technical excellence. Enforce Cool Sys safety policies, procedures, and jobsite housekeeping standards. Oversee material, tool, and equipment use to reduce waste and downtime. Support continuous improvement in energy efficiency and system reliability.
