Technical Program Manager, Space Systems A growing spatial intelligence company building the platform that fuses high resolution satellite imagery with real time sensor data to create a living digital model of Earth. Backed by serious technical ambition and a fast moving space systems portfolio. This is a technical program execution role, not a design authority seat. You will lead one of the company's most advanced space programs from system design through Initial Operating Capability, pulling engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, launch prep, mission ops, and customer stakeholders into one executable plan. What you will be doing Own technical program execution from preliminary design through launch, LEOP, on orbit commissioning, and operational readiness Coordinate internal engineering teams and external partners across spacecraft development, payload integration, launch prep, ground segment integration, and mission ops Partner with engineering leadership to keep technical decisions, schedules, risk, and suppliers aligned to mission objectives Identify technical, schedule, and programmatic risk early and drive mitigation Manage complex schedules, dependencies, and critical path across the program Coordinate spacecraft integration and test campaigns, launch site activity, and mission readiness reviews What you will bring Must be a US citizen Bachelor's in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related technical field 10+ years in technical program management, systems engineering, or engineering leadership delivering complex aerospace or high reliability hardware Track record managing development and execution of spacecraft, satellites, launch vehicles, or similarly complex multidisciplinary programs Experience leading cross functional technical programs spanning multiple engineering orgs and external suppliers Strong grasp of the spacecraft development lifecycle, design through integration, test, launch, commissioning, and ops Experience managing external contractors and strategic suppliers Active Secret clearance, or ability to obtain one, preferred Lead execution on one of the company's most advanced space programs, full mission arc from design to IOC Sit at the center of a technically ambitious, fast scaling space systems business ITAR: This role is subject to US export control regulations.
