Field Support Specialist, Fleet Response
Bayone
Join our team to support an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company. Ensure safety, assist in vehicle recovery, and represent our brand at high-traffic locations. Responsibilities Operate in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Drive auxiliary vehicles to pick-up/drop-off sites. Use handheld devices to operate robots. Execute terminal commands for hardware updates. Assist with testing and data collection to improve processes. Collaborate with teams for live assistance and issue escalation. Maintain a safety-centric and inclusive culture. Requirements Experience with computer terminal commands and remote operation of equipment. Strong computer skills and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills for clear and concise interaction. Adaptability in changing environments. Willingness to work flexible shifts. Proactive mindset and resourcefulness. Safety boots are required (slip resistant, safety toe, puncture resistant sole). Positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in troubleshooting apps/tools.
