About the Role Our client is actively searching for an experienced and forward-thinking Procurement Manager to lead their procurement function. This is a fully remote leadership opportunity, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing overarching procurement strategies, managing a global supply base, and driving significant cost efficiencies across the organization. You will build and lead a high-performing team, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure the company has access to the best possible goods and services. This role is perfect for a seasoned procurement professional who excels in an autonomous, remote setting and is passionate about strategic impact and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company goals. Oversee all aspects of the procurement lifecycle, from sourcing to contract management. Lead, mentor, and develop a remote procurement team. Manage relationships with key global suppliers, ensuring performance and compliance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and delivery. Analyze spend data and market trends to identify strategic opportunities and mitigate risks. Requirements Extensive experience in procurement management and strategic leadership roles. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful procurement strategies. Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex global contracts. Expertise in supply chain management, risk assessment, and supplier relationship management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, suited for a remote setting.
