Network Engineer

Job Title: Administrator – Digital Network Job Duration: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a Digital Network Administrator (L1) with hands-on experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have experience with Cisco networking, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, FortiGate firewalls, and basic exposure to Cisco DNAC and Cisco ISE. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day network administration, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and supporting enterprise network security. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Cisco routers and switches in an enterprise environment. Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM) solutions, preferably Infoblox. Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot FortiGate firewalls, including security policies, NAT, and VPNs. Support Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) for network monitoring, device inventory, and basic configuration management. Assist with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) administration, including endpoint onboarding and authentication troubleshooting. Support proxy solutions such as Bluecoat or Forcepoint (preferred). Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, routing, switching, DNS, and firewall-related issues. Monitor network health and respond to incidents in a timely manner. Perform firmware upgrades, configuration backups, and routine maintenance activities. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues. Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures. Participate in on-call support and maintenance activities as required. Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches. Experience with DNS, DHCP, and IPAM. Experience administering FortiGate firewalls. Basic knowledge of Cisco DNAC and Cisco ISE. Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, VPNs, NAT, and ACLs. Experience with enterprise ticketing systems and incident management.
