If you thrive under pressure, communicate with confidence, and take ownership with minimal oversight, you will excel on this team.Job summary:As a Vendor Management Analyst I within Card Collections Litigation, you represent Chase in litigation proceedings that may include depositions, trials, mediations, arbitrations, and other hearings. You prepare case materials in advance, collaborate closely with business and legal partners, and ensure responsibilities and deadlines are clearly established. You provide testimony remotely or in person with accuracy, professionalism, and composure. You bring independent judgment, strong communication skills, and a control-minded approach to every appearance.This position requires flexibility for scheduling changes and periodic travel for in-person appearances. You will work across multiple stakeholders and timelines, balancing urgency with precision and risk awareness. Success requires the ability to learn and follow procedures, stay objective, and communicate complex information clearly in high-stakes environments. You will be trusted to identify issues early, escalate appropriately, and contribute to continuous process improvement.Job responsibilities:Prepare and organize materials required for litigation appearances and testimonyPartner with business stakeholders and internal/external legal teams to define responsibilities, timelines, and deliverablesRepresent Chase in remote and in-person litigation proceedings, delivering clear, concise, and accurate testimonyApply technical and functional knowledge to make independent decisions and recommendations with minimal oversightEscalate case issues, risks, and blockers to management and legal partners in a timely mannerFollow the department’s risk and control expectations, including documentation and adherence to proceduresIdentify and escalate system or process issues and improvement opportunitiesServe as a subject matter resource on applicable Chase procedures and processes used to support testimonyCoordinate personal travel for in-person appearances and comply with travel and expense policiesMaintain professionalism and composure while working in high-pressure environmentsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Bachelor’s degreeThree years of experience in collections, process management, or financial services operationsExperience supporting litigation processes and/or serving as a witness, with strong attention to detail for accuracyDemonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and de-escalate issues in a professional mannerStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including interpreting complex information and drawing logical conclusionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting information clearly and persuasivelyProven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities independentlyAbility to work effectively under pressure and maintain objectivity in high-stakes settingsFlexibility to adjust work hours to meet business needs and real-time disruptionsStrong public speaking skills and confidence communicating in formal hearing or courtroom-style environmentsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Knowledge of internal JPMorganChase systems, such as ICP, C3, and DTSStrong organizational skills, follow-up discipline, and attention to execution detailsTwo years of people leadership experienceExperience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business.Required or Additional Information:Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.Work schedules will be full-time in office, on a 40-hour per week schedule.Travel will be required on a frequent basis.Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
