Compensation: $54.09–$78.13 per hour for active visits + On-Call Stipend + Mileage Reimbursement + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule: Part-Time Weekend Opportunity | Friday–Sunday Availability | 5:00pm–8:00am

What You'll Do:

• Provide skilled hospice nursing care during evening field visits.
  
• Deliver symptom management and comfort-focused interventions.
  
• Support patients and families through education and compassionate care.
  
• Provide care in homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing settings.
  
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
  

Who This Role Is Built For:

• Active Minnesota RN license.
  
• Hospice, ICU, oncology, palliative, or bedside experience preferred, but not required.
  
• Nurses interested in transitioning into hospice are encouraged to apply.
  
• Strong communication skills and confidence working independently.
