Warehouse Worker

A growing metals manufacturing and distribution operation in Cincinnati is seeking Warehouse Workers to join its team!


The Warehouse Workers support daily warehouse operations including staging, picking, packaging, and preparing materials for shipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Pay and Benefits:
- $20.00 - 21.00/ hour (based on experience and skill set)
- $1.00 shift premium for off-shifts
- $1.00 hourly increase upon hire-on

Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and stage feedstock materials for fulfillment orders
- Break down bulk bundles for customer-specific orders
- Package materials according to customer requirements
- Operate sit-down or side loader forklifts to move materials as needed
- Complete shipping/receiving documentation and confirm SAP work orders in the system
- Maintain productivity standards for finished goods processing
- Follow all safety procedures and workplace policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
- Successfully pass a skills-based assessment evaluating reading, math, inspection & measurement, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills and/or comfort using a computer
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., as needed, shift
- Successful candidates, upon hire-on, will be enrolled in a registered apprenticeship program as part of their onboarding
- Must be comfortable with working OT as needed.


Preferred
- Minimum 2 years of similar job experience preferred.
- Metal Manufacturing/Warehousing experience is preferred.
- Forklift and/or crane experience is preferred.
