Financial Services ExperienceBudgetAccountingPayrollHuman ResourcesACA reportingGASBY application experience is highly preferredRetirement (ERS/TRS)Check processing, including creating check layoutsAccounts receivableNegotiations, including retro payments and SwaimBiddingSystems administrationSeniorityAttendanceState reportingCalendar year-end processing, including W-2 and 1099 processing and printingFiscal year-end processing (June 30)EFT, ACH, and Positive Pay filesSecurities and permissionsQualificationsStrong payroll experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong experience with tax and wage lawsGood understanding of common fiscal proceduresExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer literacyExceptional multitasking and organizational skills
