Required Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Information Services supporting clinical or business operations
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday , specifically:
- Finance
- Supply Chain
- Strong background in:
- Business applications analysis
- Application support
- Process improvement
- Documentation and knowledge management
- Customer support
- Operational discipline
- Experience working with:
- HRIS systems
- Payroll / Finance / Procurement / Supply Chain functions
- Digital workflow and administrative platforms
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Hybrid work model possible; onsite preferred
- Candidate must mention onsite/hybrid preference in submission notes
- On-call and non-business hours support may occasionally be required
