Position: Occupational Therapist
Location: Charlotte, FL
Shift: Full Time
Salary: $48 - $58 per hour

Job Summary:
Charlotte Bay Rehab and Care Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at helping residents regain independence in daily activities. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care and continuously monitor and document residents’ progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to residents’ needs.

• Assist residents in improving and regaining independence with daily living activities.

• Monitor resident progress and provide detailed, accurate documentation and reports.

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to coordinate comprehensive care.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the State of Florida.

• Experience working in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred.
