Mortgage Loan Specialist - Entry Level

As a Loan Processor at Qualfax, you’ll evaluate, analyze, and approve real estate loan applications. You'll collaborate with loan originators, brokers, legal teams, to assess risk, structure deals, and ensure compliance with our lending standards. Analyze and assess borrower creditworthiness, collateral value, and overall deal risk - Review loan applications, financial statements, appraisals, title reports, and property inspections - Structure loan terms in coordination with originators, aligned with company risk tolerance - Conduct due diligence on sponsors, guarantors, and assets - Coordinate with legal and operations teams to ensure smooth, timely closings 3+ years of experience underwriting bridge loans, private lending, or CRE finance - Strong understanding of real estate valuation and investment strategies - Skilled in financial analysis, credit review, and real estate documentation - Effective communicator with strong writing and presentation abilities - Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, or a related field preferred Pay: $31.25 - $40.87 per hour ($65,000 - $85,000 per year) - 6 paid holidays per year. - 1 floating holiday per year. - 16 hours of personal time per year. - 25 monthly phone stipend. - Mileage reimbursement at $.Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - 75% paid by Qualfax, Inc. - $10,000 Life Insurance policy. - Co-Employed by ADP – all the benefits of being employed by ADP, like EAP, cell phone plan discounts, and much more! - Weekly pay. - Performance reviews twice per year.
